Terms of Service

By accessing or using Audaxic Memory ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Audaxic Memory is a managed memory layer for AI agents. The Service provides storage, retrieval, and management of memories through a REST API and client SDKs.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or infrastructure
  • Exceed your plan's rate limits or memory quotas without upgrading

4. Pricing and Payment

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data

You retain ownership of all data you store in the Service. We do not use your data to train models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Audaxic Memory.

Information We Collect

  • Account information (email, name) provided during registration
  • Usage data (API calls, memory operations) for billing and analytics
  • Memory content you store through the API

How We Use Information

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To process billing and send invoices
  • To send service-related communications
  • To detect and prevent abuse

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each organization's data is fully isolated.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is purged within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare for infrastructure and Polar.sh for payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of data.

Audaxic Memory provides an API-compatible interface inspired by the Mem0 project by Mem0 Labs.

Mem0 is open-source software licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.

Audaxic Memory is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mem0 Labs. Mem0 and the Mem0 logo are trademarks of Mem0 Labs.

Audaxic Memory uses Cloudflare for edge compute, storage, and content delivery. Cloudflare is a registered trademark of Cloudflare, Inc.

Polar.sh

Billing and subscription management is handled by Polar.sh. Payment processing is subject to Polar's terms of service.
